Half n Half – Classic Sourdough mixed with Proof Blend (flour, water, salt) $13 – Proof Blend from Hayden Mill Farms in Arizona (stone milled, lightly sifted White Sonora, Arizona-grown Durum, Hard Red Spring, and malted White Sonora whole grain flours). Gives a deep, delicious flavor alternative to classic sourdough)
Inclusions available for CSL & Proof Blend, $1 extra (multi-seeds, sesame seeds)
Pimento Olive & Walnut Sourdough (flour, water, pimento olives, walnuts, basil & garlic powder, salt) $15
All sourdough loafs are fermented for a minimum of 24 hours.

MENU:
Sourdough Apple Cake, 9″ round coffee cake loaded with chunks of apple and a crumble crust (flour, starter, brown sugar, apples, eggs, milk, cinnamon, butter, baking powder, baking soda, salt) $15
Sourdough Tortillas (flour, water, coconut oil, salt) 10 taco size tortillas for $10
All sourdough is fermented for a minimum of 24 hours.
